Terms of Listing & Use

These terms govern the listing of legal and tax firms in the directory of the Pakistan Lawyers Forum, Pakistan (“PLF”) and the use of the PLF website.

1. Consent to list

By activating your firm's account you confirm that you are authorised to represent the firm and that you consent to the firm's name, contact details and profile being displayed publicly in the PLF firm directory. Your firm is not shown publicly until you activate it.

2. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish about your firm, including your team, services, offices and contact details. PLF may remove or correct information that is inaccurate, misleading or unlawful.

3. Packages & fees

A free Silver listing is available. Paid packages (Gold, Platinum) unlock additional features and are payable annually by bank transfer. Paid packages are activated after payment is confirmed and, if not renewed, the firm reverts to the free Silver listing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use your listing or PLF services for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes, and not to upload content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Withdrawal

You may ask PLF to unpublish or remove your firm's listing at any time by contacting the secretariat. PLF may suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms.

6. Data & privacy

Contact details you provide are used to manage your listing and to contact you about your membership and PLF activities. We record the date and time of your consent for our records.

7. Changes

PLF may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
